Company Overview

Enwealth Financial Services Ltd. (Previously Liberty Pension Services Ltd.) is licensed as a Pension Administrator by the Uganda Retirement Benefits Regulatory Authority (Uganda), the Retirement Benefits Authority (Kenya) and the Financial Services Commission (Mauritius).

Within, 12 years the company has registered tremendous success and is currently providing services to over 120 Corporates with over USD 850 Million in Assets under Administration. Our innovative approach to client service and product design is driven on the platform of strong corporate governance and integrity has been the main driver for this, momentous growth over the years

Board Chairperson

Ms. Maggi Kaddu

Maggi Kaddu Baliddawa is a human capital consultant with over 20 years of experience. Her mission is to use her talents to support people and organisations transform performance. Currently she is consulting as a Change Management Adviser with Adam Smith International on a project in partnership with the Government of Uganda.
Board Member

Mr. Kennedy Monyoncho

Kennedy Monyoncho has been a Board Member since 2011. He is the current chair of the Research and Training Board Committee. He has over 20 year’s management experience in both the public and private sector in Research, Project Management, Training and Capacity Building. He holds a BSc. Statistics & Economics as well as MBA- Finance from the University of Nairobi. He is currently pursuing PHD studies from the same university. Further, he is a Certified City and Guilds International Trainer.

Ms. Sharon Kisire

Sharon Kisire, FIHRM, is an experienced Organizational behaviour and HR Professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of Organizational management. Sharon holds several awards on Excellency in Human Capital Management. Sharon started her HR career at Mater Hospital as Deputy HR Manager and later transited to National Oil Corporation (NOCK) in the position of HR & Administration Manager. From there she moved on to Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) in the position of Director, Human Capital. Her last employment was with Safaricom as Director Resources from where she left to run her consultancy firm offering Human Resources solutions. Sharon holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Sociology. She is an ongoing doctorate student. She is a Certified Public Secretary (CPS K) and the chief examiner for KASNEB, CPS examinations. She has authored several HR and motivational books.

Mr. Timothy Sabiti

Timothy Sabiti is an Entrepreneur and Business Consultant. He has over 20years senior corporate management experience. He also has business interests in Industrial Safety Solutions, Real Estate, Infrastructure development and Agriculture in Uganda, Rwanda and Eastern DRC. He holds a Bachelors of Commerce(Acct) as well as Masters of Science- Accounting and Finance from the Makerere University, Kampala.
Managing Director

Mr. Simon Wafubwa

Simon Wafubwa has been a Board Member from inception. He is a graduate of the University of Nairobi with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Actuarial Mathematics Option) and finalist of Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Strategic Management at the University of Nairobi. He is a member of the Pensions Management Institute of the UK and currently pursuing the risk management certification examinations.
